Worship Opportunities
Swan Bank has three opportunities for people to engage in collective worship on Sundays.
Our 9am experience has a more traditional approach with hymns, contemplative prayer and biblical teaching. If you are looking for a quiet experience with time for silent reflection this is the opportunity for you.
Our 10.30am event is a vibrant, family orientated worship experience. We start with activities for all ages. Then around 11am the children and young people (ages 0 to 14) leave for Junior church. The event concludes with everyone coming back together around noon.
On the first Sunday of every month the 10.30am event is an all age celebration. Children and adults worship together in a truly interactive style of worship.
The 6.15pm opportunity is a place to encounter God and each other with strong emphasis on exploring the Bible and discovering its relevance for our lives in light of today's challenges.
For the more young at heart there is 'The Group'. An interactive, creative, Bible-focused youth group for those aged 13 to 18, starting at 8:15pm and finishing at 10pm.
Members of the Prayer Ministry Team will be in the Prayer Chapel after the 10.30am and 6.15 opportunities for anyone requiring prayer
